Hi,
Recently i got SBI cashback card and when i was searching for tips and tricks related to this card, i found this website. I found few tips like purchasing vouchers, standing instructions doesn't give cashback etc.
Is there any dedicated thread of page which discusses all of the best tips and tricks for this specific card?

I have few doubts.

Does this card provide 5% cashback for international online transactions, what is the transaction fees for international transactions.
Does this card provide 5% for fuel vouchers in Park+ app
Is there any trick to get cashback for power bill/ mobile recharges etc.

they are all online payments, right...

It's not about whether the transaction is online or offline—it's about the Merchant Category Code (MCC). If the MCC is eligible, you'll get 5% cashback; if not, it will be 0% or 1%. That's the key factor.

Btw, this applies to all banks and all cards, not just the Cashback card.

To check the MCC, make a small test purchase and then contact customer support to ask for the MCC of the transaction. Once you have the code, search it online to determine if it qualifies for the 5% cashback. Only then should you proceed with...

Do use search for other queries related to this card because its popular card since launch, and widely discussed in various threads. Data need to be updated from time to time due to (above post mentioned topic). So, things will change regularly.

YOu can get 5% but need to use alternative app, just not where you expect.

Yes, it gives cb for international transactions but there is a 3.5% forex markup + gst on top of that.
I bought Amazon voucher couple days ago from park+, and got 5% cb. Should work for fuel vouchers too but check other threads for the latest status.
Try to finetune your search as it will help you find answers easily in this forum.
