Do we need to pay gst of 18% on upi transactions over Rs2000?

I am a small merchant where I have installed the phonepe business and Google pay business qr codes and a new razorpay payment gateway for supporting debit, credit card holders

Now will the gst of 18% is applicable on payment gateway transactions only or is it applied on phonepe/googlepay business qr codes as well ??

On QR Code, it's not applied yet. Gov's just thinking to apply 18% on payments above 2k. But it's not effective as of now.
