Does any RUPAY CC UPI gives RP for transactions < 100 INR?

Almost all RUPAY CC on UPI gives Reward Points on transactions > 100.
I am curious to know about the CC that gives RP for less than 100
Most of my transactions fall below 100

Tata neu infinity through neu app gives 1.5% cb
That means if the transaction is above 70 rs, you get 1 rs cashback. (I have got 1 rs for many txns in the range of 75-85 rs)

But these days Neu app is behaving horribly. Not working many times.

Check AU spont credit card.
It supposedly used to give points for transaction value starting 20Rs. Not sure if anything changed recently.

I don't think indusind charges any redemption fees

I burn via Pay with Rewards/Twidpay. Works out to about 0.75/RP.
Superpay cashack and CC bill pay cashback extra.
