Yes, 12/200 points upto 50k and upto 50k is also counted towards AEP.
More than 50k is not counted towards AEP and also no points

As far as I remember, upto 50K rent is also not counted towards AEP

From magnus axis website, both AEP and base rewards are applicable for rent upto 50K. Beyond 50K neither base point nor AEP is available. Never tried myself though.
