Does AU Xcite Ultracredit Card Offer 2% Cashback on All Online Transactions, Including Bill Payments?

I'm considering the AU Xcite Ultra credit Card, which offers 2% cashback on online spending. Does anyone know if this cashback applies to all online transactions, particularly bill payments? Has anyone confirmed if bill payments qualify as 'online spends' for the 2% cashback?

so, you dont want those 5% cards and purchase that pay vouchers to pay bill payments as per your requirement but wants to use AU card only because ... thats you applied?

I have std chartered Smart credit card currently
Amex is not supported by payment gateway integration our local municipality website.

Please suggest

And also AU LIT CC , is that also got devalued? Any methods via AU LIT for govt payments?

Amex gold give MR points and milestone points
Plat travel and MRCC gives only milestone points

Does AU Xcite Ultra unlocks 2 lounge per quarter after spending more than 20K on insurance premium payment. I have spend about 38K on LIC payments and it has been over 7 days but i cant see lounge access being activated. Does this payment not considered as a retail spent.
