Does Checking credit card offers in IDFC Portal get reported in CIBIL?

Basically, I wanted to check if I can get any card from idfc. And i entered all the details and it said getting score from bureau. But i am just keep getting error. So i didn't even apply for anything. Does this report in CIBIL?

Different banks have different criteria...
Some consider an OTP based verification (just to check offer) also as enquiry whereas some don't...
