Does home loan monthly payment and principal amount payment through magnus or amex mrcc get reward points?

I have sbi cashback, amex mrcc, magnus is there any reward points for home loan emi payment and princpal amount payment via these cards, if yes which one should i use?

How is this even possible? Which bank allows emi standing instructions to be paid via credit cards. Never heard this before.

How do you even pay load by credit card...I'm trying to pay car loan from IndusInd and in all of the apps, i can do only through UPI or Net Banking.
