Does Kotak Bank has a problem with customers having multiple Cards from other banks

Does Kotak Mahindra Bank refrain from giving their Credit Cards to customers, who already have multiple cards like 10 cards from other banks?

I'm not aware of Kotak doing so, as I had multiple cards while I got CC from Kotak.
However, AU didn't approve and in their rejection letter; it was mentioned as one of the reason.

Did you receive a rejection letter? From a Bank?

Yes. I have always received an email; be it AXIS, SBI, AU, etc. They don't clearly mention the reason and often state "Internal Policy"

I don't think Kotak has any issue with number of cards as I took kotak CC when I had about 17 cards with me, the issue comes with too much credit exposure , which doesn't goes with the salary ITR or any income in that case banks think as the person has huge credit exposure in terms of credit limit offering another CC would risk it and hence they don't provide the it
