Does Magnus and Atlas have any special support email? Also has Anyone tried using Grab deals on Axis Atlas?.

As atlas is mile card will it accumulate points or miles on grabdeals? Base rate 2 mile on 100. So 5X would mean 10 Mile on 100. Converting to mile transfer it will be 20Miles. So is it points or miles accumulated.
Does Magnus and Atlas have any special support email? Axis customer service is pretty useless

Its 5EM per 100 spend. Its not 5X. So max is 10 miles(1:2).

hmm but.. axis bank atlas card basic is 2 Edge miles per 100 for all transactions after dec 2022. Which we can convert to partner points so it will become 4. I asked CS and t&c say this... Even I can verify this bcoz my first transaction was of 300 on atlas. So I got 5006 Edge miles credited to my account including welcome miles of 5000. so for 300 I got 6 miles and if I convert it will be 12 partner Miles

So, If I spend 100 on grabdeals.. I will get 5X which is 2x5 - 10 Miles as Base.. So 10x2 = 20 miles (1:2) for partner points.
Guys correct me if I am missing something. Is base rp different for grab deals for atlas or something?
Main question is has anyone tried using atlas on grabdeals. Does it giveback Edgemiles or Reward Points

Ah okay. I was talking about accelerated EM for hotel/airline spends. Sorry.

Also, grab deals/ gyftr is not applicable for atlas as per terms and conditions.

i tried giving last four digit of Atlas on grabdeals and it redirected me to Flipkart , how come it is accepting Atlas on grabdeals then ? it should not redirect me what i think
