Axis Atlas Does school fee payment done using Atlas in school website counted for milestone?

I paid school fees on school website and while entering OTP merchant name is shown as "FEE COLLECTION".

Does this be counted for milestone?

Yes Education payments get you rewards as well as count towards milestones.

You can call customer care to ask mcc if you’re worried about whether the merchant used correct mcc.
