domestic lounge access on sc ultimate

hello community, does anyone know if we can access domestic lounge in airport for sc ultimate mc variant for add on card holders?

Via mastercard yes - it's another card for addon. But via the PP route the addon card should have spent 20K in previous statement for the monthly complimentary lounge visit
