So I encountered a weird issue today as I was checking the status every few hours to see how it's making the progress and the system flagged my number for exceeding the OTP requests limit and due to which, every-time I would key in my mobile number/DOB or the application number, it wouldn't show the OTP input field. At one point it started to show they can't proceed making me anxious as it felt like the application was dropped after VKYC/Docs Verification stage.
I had to sniff the HTTP requests to figure out the issue as the front-end site wouldn't tell exactly what the problem is, it would just hide the OTP input field. So checking the requests and the response, found out the error was too many OTP requests.
Sharing here for others to not do this and if you faced this issue, what is happening.
P.S. In case it isn't cleared, this is for IDFC First CC. I created inside its sub-forum.
