Doubt regarding Axis Airtel Credit card

Hi guys , I'm planning to port all my jio number to Airtel number is it worth it ?? Currently holding 5 jio sim , can I change my jio to Airtel atleast 4 simcard for Axis Airtel credit, your suggestions needed and is jio has any idea to come up with their own credit card tie with any bank ?? , Coz the offer ends today shall I apply or can I wait for it ??
