So far, the following airports have seen connectivity issues (based on social media and web access) :

Chennai
Mumbai
Ahmedabad
Kolkata
Thiruvananthapuram
Mangaluru
Guwahati

The issues are not limited to a specific airport or a group of airports because when one logs into their Dreamfolks web access, many domestic lounges across India are missing

Axis atlas don't use dreamfolks i guess. You can book through theit app.

Kindly correct me if i am wrong about this.

Cards having priority pass & lounge key lounge access are good to use. But most of them will have charges if used domestically.
