Duplicate Premium Payment Refund from Star Health

I have a health insurance from Star Health.
The due date for renewal premium was 30th Jan.
I had made payment via Amazon Pay app on 16th which was marked successful with money debited from my Amazon Pay ICICI credit card. An additional convenience fee was also charged.
I didn't receive and reciept from Star Health though
On 30th, my agent called and said my policy was expired and that they have no records of payment and asked me to pay again.
I verified on Star Health app and it was indeed showing my policy as expired.
I paid again, this time via Star Health app. Transaction was deemed successful and money debited from my Amazon Pay ICICI credit Card. Again a convenience fee was charged as well. This time too, I didn't receive any reciept, only an invoices mentioning convenience fee with no reference to premium payment.
Next day, I contacted Amazon Pay team and they said from their end merchant has received payment.
So I contacted Star Health. They said policy is active and sent receipt for 16th Jan but no reference of 30th Jan payment

Nowi am trying to get refund for duplicate payment. I mailed to customer support and they asking for card statement for both payment
I shared receipt and card statement for 16th payment as well as convenience fee invoice and screenshot of transaction on 30th payment (my card statement generation date is 26th)
They are saying that transaction only mention "insurance payment" not mention star health insurance card statement, so not believing it. Also both 16th & 30th receipt and invoice have same proposal number.
I tried contacting ICICI to reverse the duplicate payment but they asking to deal with Star Health only.

What should I do ?

What should I do ?
if it is settled by bank then take the transaction number / utr and raise formal complaint with star along with all other evidence.. get email from icici on transaction details if required.. raise a tracing request.. raise with star insurance nodal. desk.. receipt number will be different on both.. or DISPUTE the transaction with bank.. they will investigate..
