Duplicate Txns, what to do?

Today i used Flipkart axis card at a department Store, 1st time using PIN the TXN didn't Processed. Showed some timeout error/no response error

Then again used the card 2nd time (tap to pay method).

Then in merchant side it showed TXN was successful..

After reaching Home,i got mail for Two Debit txns emails

But only One Txn Spend Message.

in app it showing Two Txn in process, i will get REFUND or have to contact store or have to Raise dispute??

48 hrs once settlement happens u will see the refund
If not then raise with cust care

visit shop and ask them if they received money twice.
Also, raise issue with customer care

The same thing happened to me I would say first direct go to the shop and ask for a refund if the shop owner agrees to the same a lot of headaches could be avoided if the owner doesn't agree then raise a complaint with the bank.

Merchant if known shop try to settle with them if not go by bank way
