Edge Reward Points_not visible

I have Magnus credit card and later got Reserve card this month. I received SMS stating the 50000 bonus points are credited to my ER. But I do not see any ER pertaining to the Reserve card in the ER portal.

I raised ticket through Burgundy support without any luck, they have given a laid back answer and got back with timeline of 14 working days to sort this issue. I was keen to transfer this points to Air miles considering the promotional offers going on currently.

Would like to understand fellow members views on how should I approach this issue.

I do not see any details for Reserve points nor any tab to scroll. I have raised the service request, unfortunately standard answer to any and all query from support is to wait for 10-14 working days.

Sometimes first credit of points they need to map for same id manually so backend team takes a week time

I am new to this ecosystem, but from experience till now, I have had to raise request for even the stuff which should happen from the backend team automatically. Never faced similar issues in any other banks!

Yes axis for first time of a card these issues there but no worries they will fix
Even for savings account holders when got cc first time they face such challenges
