Yes you will get 1% (max 1000₹), but if you have vistara co brand cards, go for that, you’ll get points as well a voucher if you cross 1.5 L

As it is a government institute and in the HDFC millennia credit card Terms and conditions it is mentioned that there will be no reward points under government related transaction, so I don't know whether this transaction will fall in govt. related transaction or not.

What is the payment gateway? And what gateway it shows when you get a sms for otp?

idk man, actually it's my sister's college fee. She is studying in IIT Jammu, And she has on offer of millennia credit card so that's why i was asking.
The payment gateway is eazypay, I think it's of ICICI bank. Don't know about the OTP gateway.

I think go for it, anyways millennia also has 1000₹ voucher if quarterly spend is more than 1L
