Education loan - Without financial CoApplication or guarantor(Family doesn't have a strong financial background)

Hi All, Wondering if someone can assist here. There is a kid who has extremely good at studies(From Delhi) who managed to crack the CAT exam with a good score and has got a call letter from NMIMS Bangalore for the MBA program.
The kid however has financial issues. She doesn't have a father and her mom is not working. They have a flat in Delhi though. I was looking for an education loan for this kid and was wondering if there is any bank that could issue the education loan for this kid. Would appreciate it if someone can help with any references as well.

PNB offers loans at low interest rate without any collateral if you have an admit from a Tier-1 B-School (Don't have the entire list but covers most of top 20 B-Schools).

PNB Pratibha from what I remember.

Good colleges usually have tie-ups with Banks for providing education loans. The banks also put their kiosks around counselling/admission time. Also, if the Delhi flat is in the name of parent(s), then (s)he can become co-applicant/guarantor easily without any issues. Also you need to apply for a loan and if your application is rejected, then you can escalate further.

Co applicant or guarantors are not needed if education loan amount is less than ₹7.5 lacs.

But do pay a visit to a bank (preferably where the kids parent hold an account), the staff their will be able to help him out.

Also he just needs to provide the proof of admissions and his application will be processed, provided he gives all the relevant documents.

Alternatively he can visit and apply from Vidya Laxmi portal and will get calls from banks to complete the process.

All the best to him!☺️
