If we use more than 80% limit of any cc and generate the bill with 80% limit used , how much points cibil score is effected ?

And what if we use 80% every month continuously? , although paying full bill on time.

I suppose no one can give you exact number it will be affected by.(there are calculators for that but I don't know about their accuracy).
But 80% utilization bill even once can affect Credit score significantly, let alone every month.

Depends on a lot of factors including overall credit usage. If your overall credit usage including all cards is still less than 30%, impact won't be significant.
