So I've a wbsedcl electric bill payment 5003 rs due today
I wish to utilize my 3934 Amazon pay balance to pay part of it & rest 1069 how can I pay to get some discount?

Anyway I can purchase amazon pay voucher worth 1000 through some portal at discounted rate & add to my balance?

Also does wbsedcl allow more than one transaction to pay the bill or does it need to be paid in full in single transaction?

If it does, then is 1% rebate given if full bill is paid within due date in more than one transaction?
