Electricity Bill Payment through Phonepe for reaching monthly milestone

Hi Technofino Community,

I recently got my Axis Magnus and am wondering if the the electricity bill payment done via phonepe comes under the monthly milestone? or is it considered as a wallet load?

To be more clear I will be making the electricity bill payment directly though the credit card via phonepe and will not be adding the money to phonepe wallet to pay the bill.
