i want to pay additional security deposit for electricity. inputting the customer number only brings up energy bill. how to pay the deposit using amazonpay/phonepe/paytm?

AFAIK extra deposits have to be paid either direct at office or asking link from them
Regular consumer no input will fetch bills only if not uploaded after meter reading it shows zero
I paid one time extra by link from them

If you are referring to MSEB , once you click on pay bill on the MAHADISCOM website you will see an option for additional deposit. Select the additional deposit and you shall get an option to pay by credit card or other gateways.
