Hello, as seen in the title, during the online application process it was showing that the highest variant I was eligible for was the Vetta. However, I selected Altura Plus by mistake and now the AU executives tell me it is not possible to change it to Vetta from the back end.
I really wanted to opt for the Vetta as I am eligible for the LTF offer as part of the MNC list they support. Is there any known way I can switch to Vetta?
PS- During the verification call, I was told that the LTF offer is no longer running but I insisted since I spoke with an AU executive just a day prior and he had confirmed that I'm eligible for LTF. So just bear in mind to insist on LTF if they deny it.
