Don't remember exactly, it was back in May month. I think it took around 2 weeks.

In the old form there was an option to select this. In the new form the option is no more shown.
Also, your work address for the credit card should match with the address in salary slip (if your salary account is not with axis bank)

If the salary is not credited in Axis then I think it's mandatory to share other salary bank statement to confirm the salary amount credit.

My salary is not credited to my bank account. That's the problem. Axis is not interested to increase my credit limit from 2 years. I am using 2 axis cards with 35000 cumulative limit. Anyway thanks for ur prompt replies guys..
