EMI Cancellation & AIS Reporting on Credit Card

When I make an EMI transaction, the bank credits that amount back to my card. However, if I cancel the EMI and pay the full amount instantly, the credited amount shows up twice on my statement.

In this situation, which amount will be considered for the AIS? Will both credits appear, or just one?

basically its the payments made towards ur card so whatever u pay are considered for the 10L spends i guess and not refunds

this year icici reported little over 10L in AIS but i know i didnt make payment 10L that year.so basically they counted those refunds. how and where to email so bank deduct those refunds and report is AIS correctly?

What about axis and kotak? Have they also reported refunds in AIS?

Same in my case. Despite payments towards my ICICI credit card being less than 10L, they counted refunds and incorrectly reported those in AIS
