Infinia EMI Transactions Milestone

I have a query regarding the EMI transactions for HDFC Infinia.

Are EMI transactions counted towards milestone spending of 10 lakhs for a fee waiver? Such transactions are converted into EMI via third-party websites [e-commerce or travel or unexpected high expense] or via Smart EMI.

What about Magnus and Amex Plat Travel card?

I searched across the forums, and I couldn't find a concrete answer. So any suggestions would be helpful.

EMI should be counted, won’t give RP though

Okay. I asked them via Infinia customer service. They said No. It doesn't count towards milestone fee waiver. I'm quite disappointed.

same with regalia gold. I asked cc for my brother's regalia gold annual fee waiver, they said emi's not counted towards fee waiver, even though nowhere on the website it says so. They have raised a request for one time waiver (subject to approval).
