epayrent app for rent payment using credit cards

Hello,

Has anyone tried epayrent (https://epayrent.in/) app for rent payments?
I was actually going through this article of cheapest rent payment apps: https://www.magicbricks.com/blog/6-cheapest-platforms-to-pay-rent-using-a-credit-card/125381.html

And the #1 in this list is epayrent, which I had never heard of before. I tried downloading the app, but at the very first step, it's asking me to share my PAN card number and DOB. So I'm not sure how trusted they are.

If anyone had experience with this app, please share.
