EPFO Transfer Claim Issue

Hello

I had switched my job 2 years back.
Consequently I had applied to transfer my 2 old EPF accounts to my new EPF account.
After claim approval, amount was deducted from my old accounts but so far not been credited to my new account. Confirmed the same from the passbooks.

Old accounts are with Ahmedabad office
New account is with Bengaluru office.
I work remotely and so my city of residence is neither of these.

I had filed a grievance on EPFO portal but they closed the complaint without any resolution.

What should be my next steps ?
How can I escalate this issue to concerned higher authorities ?
Is there any hope of getting my hard-earned money back ?
Can I also expect that they will credit me the interest that would have accrued for last 2 years ?

It is a really big amount for me and any help from community would be really helpful.

Get help from local agent / consultant who regularly visits EPFO office. PF office is filled currupt peoples, so you wont get your money without some pressure to them.

Sorry, dont have any contact in Ahmadabad or Banglore office. U can just google ‘PF Consultant in Ahmadabad’ and u will find someone there. Prefer someone nearby to PF office location.

Depends on amount and the problem. Usually 5%.

Theek is a 7 day cooldown before I can raise new ticket

They are government employees, don't care at all about others. They are not at any risk of getting fired for poor customer experience. They are sorted for life with pension. Rest of common people be damned

I actually transferred PF from a ahmedabad registered company to Bangalore. the process was smooth. When raised a complaint on the status, the Ahmedabad PF officer called me over phone and updated the status.

Register grievance and Keep complaining on twitter.

I already raised grievance, they closed it without any resolution. There is no option to comment or reopen it.

Also there is a cool down period of 7 days before I can open new complaint.

For meit is showing "Accepted by field office"
Is it the same.fpr you ?


Also are you able to download Annexure K ?

For me it is not present

In the UAN portal:
Claims gave error.
Annexure K gives this error
No exempted to unexempted provident fund transfer claims associated with the UAN

Download Pass book took me pf passbook download portal there I see the past claims as
Transfer (Unexempted to Unexempted in other region or to Exempted Establishments)



Btw, IIRC the status shown are final, may be yours is still in processing ,once they act it will move to the above state.

You are saying yuj are not able to see Transfer Claims on UAN Member Portal ?

I am seeing the same message on Annexure K page & in Transfer Claim on Passbook Portal.

It's been almost 2 years since it's stuck at this Status "Accepted by field office"
Pretty sure it doens't take this long.
