Error Occurred During IndusInd Bank credit card application

Hello TF Community, I try to apply indusind Bank credit card but when I enter my details and click next. This error is being shown. Does anyone faced this issue here.

Are u an existing customer? Any relationship like savings, current, loan, anything??
