Error while applying Bob card

Hello everyone,
I am trying to apply bob eterna ltf card from bob site but after entering otp and after filling personal details like name,pan etc it says we have encountered an error. I am trying this from last 3-4 days and getting same issue again and again.
Can someone guide me how to move further in the application process
