Error while applying in Bank Portal

Dear All,

I am holding Bank account with Federal Bank. While applying for Federal CC, portal is giving me error mentioning Non Serviceable area. This is surprising for me as I live in Navi Mumbai.

may be its temporary hold banks do such practice if NPA high of specific pin code.
