Escrow service on credit card transactions

Can we do something like escrow in the case of credit card transactions done for a friend?
Because i am thinking of doing the transaction for some strangers, risk comes with it...
Unsure of the services that provide escrow for credit card transactions anyone knows about it?

Escrow is a legal concept and financial arrangement where a third party holds assets or funds for two parties involved in a transaction until certain conditions are met. Even TF has escrow 🙂

1. In the case of gift vouchers, the buyer pays TechnoFino, the seller sends the GV to TechnoFino, and the buyer provides account credentials (To TechnoFino via Personal DM) where they want to add the GV. TechnoFino adds the GV to the account, and after the buyer verifies everything, we'll release payment to the seller.
2. In the case of points, the buyer pays TechnoFino, the seller initiates the point transfer/follow the agreed method. After a successful transfer/redemption and the buyer verifies everything, we'll release payment to the seller.
