Experian Score down due to incorrect emi payment date reporting by SBI Home Loan

Experian Score down due to incorrect emi payment date reporting by SBI Home Loan. Since last two years SBI home loan is reporting late emi payment date. overall 12 in last 34 emi's. The bank has no clue about this. Any suggestions can be made as I am not able to resolve this issue and my experian score is down because of this. Thanks

Did you contact your branch manager and explain what was happening?
If that was already done, write to SBI home loans and explain your situation. They should take it forward from there.
If that is also done and no help was received, last step is to write to the PNO. They should ideally respond.
If nothing is communicated from SBI, lodge a complaint in RBI and that should yield something.

Thanks for the reply. I have contacted my branch but they are clueless. Just wrote a mail to sbi complaint portal Lets see on the feedback from them. Its not gonna be easy but will try to use all the available channels
