Experience with BetterInvest

Anyone has an experience investing with BetterInvest?
They seem to offer 18% pre tax returns.

Wanted to understand what is post tax return and the risk levels!

I have tried it for short term investments(30/60 days) deals. I got returns on time. They will detuct 10 percent of your earnings as TDS.
Note your actual tax is based on the income tax slab you are in.

Just for clarification, I’ve seen Investment options that offer 20-25% pre tax returns which reduces to only 10-12% post tax
And then even this 10-12% post tax return is subject to taxation.

So needed clarity if something similar is also there with BetterInvest OR is it actually 18% itself?

Additionally, 18% is quite a big return, why aren’t people hopping in to the same to grab such return?

Completed around 10 months investing with BetterInvest & so far good experience with no defaults on investments.
There have been only 3 deals which had delayed payment out of all the invested deals in last 10months but those have been paid out with additional interest added for the delayed period.

So for diversification, I found this platform as good and easy to invest with average post tax return of above 11% (for 30% tax slab customers).
Also full transparency on delayed deals if happens any with details communicated on email as well as on their website.
