Not sure if you are aware already or not but there is some unusual hack with TATA CLIQ.
See my example

1) I got my gift voucher on 21st Apr’23 and then added on 30th April’23 but it has validity showing as of 21st Oct’23

2) I ordered gold coins of 2gm (1gm each) on 14th May’23 and cancelled my order and then you can see I got promotional refund and on top of that some credit amount as well (This whole credit amount is additional I got and with validity of 1 year)

3) I recently thought let me try to do this thing once again but I didn’t get promotional refund this time but got only credit which has now extended expiry with 1 year duration

One more thing : See attached screenshot wherein they have mentioned that if you use promotional Cliq cash and cancel your order then you will not get refund which is not true and I tried and tested it

I appreciate this trick.

But I had small amount in TataCliQ, I extended by ordering it by one year but after 3-4 months, there was no gift card balance in account.

Since amount was small, I didn't care to complain in customer care. So I would say, don't rely on TataCliQ much, use asap.

Even no credit/order history is available in my account.

Tata Cliq is highly unreliable platform. Recently I ordered one night dress for daughter, they delivered part product and It took almost a month to get refund including call every couple of days. Again ordered one item and delivered wrong item, I sent mail directly to Escalation, then pickup was smooth but refund again took 15-20 days and that too half refund received so complained back and after escalation, pending amount received

This trick also works when you order something and then return the product. When the gift card refund happens, the validity gets extended upto 1 year from the date of credit back.

Almost 50% of my 10K balance got the validity extension due to this. Rest got used for some genuine purchases of shoes

that is true i faced issues in refund as well. but you can do follow-up on twitter in DM and they will take care your case immediately. i never called them and my issue got resolved within 2-3 days

Yes that's a hack, but TataCliq operates that way only. It was there for quite some time.

Thanks for the trick, any way to convert cliq cash to something else so that it can be used along with neucoins ?

Croma allows all types of payments like gv+coupons+neucoins+credit for single bill but the same doesn't work for tatacliq (it asks to select either cliqcash or neucoins) 🙁

I tried on two orders (genuine personal use) but didn't get any additional Cliq cash

Thankfully I got full refund for 2 orders but it took 3-4 days every time. Which can be irritating. They could have made it real-time since it's anyways wallet cash but No, let the customer wait. Who cares !

I have one more order which is a non-returnable item but they sent old/dirty and looks like used product. So I've contacted customer care, they asked to send pics on WhatsApp, did that and waiting for their response. Tata Cliq and their otherwise customer care is horrible. Sad that I chose them instead of redeeming other GV available in the pool 🙁

You are right now they don’t give immediate refund but wanting us to wait for at least 3-4 days on top of requesting them via call or twitter

I checked their twitter page but did not find an option to DM and gave up. How did you reach them? - Follow the twitter handle & then you see DM or did you use re-tweet or comment option

Might have patched now and I don’t understand why people buy costly gold from such websites because at the end you will be jn loss only (while buying and also during selling) until and unless you keep it for next few years
