I, by Mistake, paid 1.6 Lakh Extra on My sister's Induslnd credit card; is there any way to get it back to her Bank account?

Anyone with experience, give suggestions, please.

The card is not working (Maybe they blocked it) & I can't reach their customer care phone banking (Worst CC service)

Send a mail to customer care for excess credit reversal however the problem in your case is that the card is not yours. Better to approach nearest branch they’ll take it up with backend team as well on priority.

Tried with head.cardservices@indusind.com They gold to share bank statement , as i did, ETA is tomorrow, otherwise will mail on above email then.

Did the mail, they asked for statements so the amount will be refunded only to the account from which payment was made. Waiting for their reply now.

If not get resolution within 2-3 days, will try branch Route.

Other cc is rupay plat, which has just 30k limit.

Issue with me is i paid from my account to sister CC, so they said they will only transfer to same account from where the payment is been received.

Will go to branch on 1st have 8-9 accounts with them, Will do danda now.

They asked me as well the bank details,bank statement proof of transaction.

So I simply told them to settle against rupay card
