While checking axis website i could see "NEW EASY ACCESS SAVINGS ACCOUNT WEF 15TH FEB 2025. Is it a zero balance account?? How it differs from DBEZY ,SBEZY ??

No, the terms have changed. Earlier easy access had different MAB 2.5k, 5k, 12k based on location.
Now all the new accounts in semi urban and rural area need to maintain 10k, new easy access variant is not available in metro and urban locations.

Depends, if you just need the pre-approved credit cards go with easy access or for spend based benefits liberty account.

Yes. I had easy access salary account earlier and close din 2021. Then took easy access savings account. I got pre-approved for almost all cards. Now showing upgrade for neo, myzone, select, privilege ltf

That I am not able to confirm. Because I already had salary account with axis since 2019 and closed in 2021 as I informed you. Also I took my first credit card in 2020 as pre-approved when I had the salary account with axis. It may depends upon on your transaction, balance kept, etc

How much balance maintained and txn pattern.

Easy access savings account min balance for semi urban is 5000. After opening I transferred to rural which is having 2.5k MAB only

Pre-approved credit offers can be given based your credit score, credit history, relationship with bank etc I think. For getting pre-approved offer min score doesn't matter I think
