Facing last name issues while applying Priority Pass from HDFC Bank website.

I was applying for Priority Pass on HDFC website, but the website asks for a mandatory last name. I do not have any last name, only a first name. I can not proceed further without entering last name.
So, What could be the possible solution?

I tried special characters like. etc, but the website rejects it as invalid name.
