I saw that axis traveledge website has been revamped when I logged in on Saturday 22nd March.
I made on the flight booking on the same day and transaction got successful but flight booking wasnt made. Had to call cc and wait for 1-2hrs to confirm no booking has been made. Post that I was able to make a booking successfully.
Today on 23rd March I again tried to made a booking and the same thing has happened. Have called cc and after 30 mins or so, she said she needs to check wiht backednd team and will get back..
Anybody facing the same issue? Any tricks or clues to not let this happen. Both times in the transacation page there was a failure related to login failure. But I got confirmation mail from TravelEdge(Vernost) that payment is successful
