There r lot of roads where toll is applicable on two wheelers also. So it's nothing illegal to take Fastag on the bike. Fastag issuer can't refuse to give the same on bike registration.

Problem is they ship by ekart, who never deliver. My order returned after 1 month wait

Not always... Mine was delivered by bluedart in 2 days..... Try once more.. Maybe this time they use another courier

Currently none.... Everyone has introduced charges.... But u can try cred... They will give free for 2-3 months then they will too charge....
