What are good travel/co branded credit cards you can get on Fd if you have low cibil score?

Not sure about specific travel-based co-branded FD cards, but the FD card options are many.

Wow card from IDFC
FD-based card from Onecard
HDFC provides Millenia and Regalia
ICICI Bank provides FD-based cards.

There are specific travel-based non-FD-based entry-level cards like Scapia. You can try your luck, but not sure whether it will be approved.

Hdfc gives all their cards as fd cards, ToC apply.

Indus too gives but just for lounge I suggest.

I suggest RBL, IDFC, Onecard .... FD cards only because they will be marked as unsecured, you will have high chances of getting anyother cc.

5.00L FD with HDFC, Is there any chance to get a good credit card in HDFC ? I am travelling frequently to other countries, suggest a good card that can provide its full value.
