FD Based Credit Card with addon lounge access

Hey Folks


I am currently planning to park some money around 3L-5L to the FD . I am looking to get the credit card based on this , My main requirements is International lounge access with the add-on facility so my family member can use it ? Which card do you folks recommend

Axis Atlas 5900 joining and renewal fee
Silver tier gives four international and 6 domestic lounge access including add ons
Gold tier gives 6 international and 12 domestic lounge access including add ons
