FD credit Card

I have one question regarding fd credit card.
You can always find bank employees standing in malls or metro station etc. Now i told them i want a card against fd and they said okay now i am filling the form and giving documents okay? Now it is time to submit fd amount so now my question is do i have to pay the amount of fd suppose 10k to the employee or i have to pay it online? What if i give it to employee and they never submitted to bank.

Why would you create secured card from these agents in the first place?
Why would you pay them loose cash or even GPay them etc.?

So i have to go directly to bank for secured card? I thought they will provide me some link to deposit money

I mean maybe. I don't know.
Ask them.

Whatever you do, don't pay them personally. I don't exactly know how secured credit card without a bank account might work.

Don't pay them personally. I got a fd CC 3 months back from the branch. From the branch ask directly for a FD CC and they will make a FD on that basis .The Money will directly be deducted from savings account and mostly you will get the virtual CC in 24 hrs.
