Federal Bank CC Delivery Inquiry

Hello everyone!

I'm holding a federal bank savings account from last one year, and the branch is not in my district. There isn't any branch available in my district.

Now tried applying Federal CC on 25th Dec and instantly Celesta card with 4.2L limit got issued without showing any error like pincode not serviceable/technical error/KYC issue or anything.

Virtual card started showing immediately on my app.

But I'm unsure if it's a serviceable area or not as there is not any branch present near me.

Will I get the physical card delivery as there's no dispatch update after that day? It's already 4th day

It's finally dispatched yesterday in the night via DelayPost a.k.a Speed post! Though I had to call them for tracking details manually. No communication received regarding the same.

It might hv happened due to travel strike. Even couriers are affected

I guess they do it batch wise for account holders, once you open account with them, you can't expect it within 3-5 months. I had to wait 13 months for it. Though it always had shown me that no offers were available, never seen an error like area is not serviceable etc.
