Federal Bank CC Vkyc Issue

I’ve encountered an issue with the verification process. When I provide my address as it appears on my Aadhar card, the agents are asking for a house number. However, in our city, we don’t use house numbers. They have informed me that without a house number, the video KYC (vKYC) cannot be completed. If I randomly provide a house number, it won’t work because it won’t match what is on my Aadhar card.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

Thanks, I just tried; they didn’t ask for the house number. It says completed now, but I didn’t get any confirmation SMS.

Applied for federal Bank credit card,there is no vkyc .they proceed ekyc with adhaar,pan then ask me to load bank statement and ITR.After I submit all ,there is no Vkyc link ,just give the application ref. No ,7 days to update.is this the procedure of federal Bank? Please share if any have this experience.
