Feedback required | Acko Vs HDFC ERGO Health Insurance

I am having Family health policy from New India which I had taken through some known person few years back. However, they have increased the premium this time and I am contemplating to move to other insurance, primarly because I do not want to remain dependent on a person to get my claim passed!

I am contemplating between Acko Platinum Plan and HDFC Optima Secure and both looks good. Both of them have almost same features but where I am stuck is not sure about their claim settlement process and rejections.
While, Acko had very high ICR but last year, it was in normal range.

Please do let me know your thoughts/feedback !

HDFC Ergo is generally good, most TPA desks at hospital recommend it

One key feature is that Acko doesn't have any waiting period which HDFC ergo has standard 2 years of waiting period.
