my ac got debit freeze for not updating the kyc so i updated it through otp it took 2week to complete then my profile showing full kyc but debit freeze is not removed so i contacted the customer care they are just telling me to wait and its been 1 week i am waiting no response or update i contacted them after 5 days at that time they said we have escalated the issue wait for 4 days more what should i do
