Fi forex fee refund

KingAAR

TF Ace
I recently did an international transaction using fi debit card infinite account. I just want to know what time it took for others who did the transaction .

Please let me know

oh... I should have used niyox instead of fi, but got greedy for the shit fi coins being offered 😅
I didn't think it that way. Recently if you will check that Niyo thing i snot working. They have locked their cards and some members in the forum was mentioning that now the person is abroad they can withdraw the money because of the new govt rule of TCS. Really bad implementation from the Govt and Niyo. I don't know if any FI user has also exprienced something of this sort.

Similar thing with me. However, I understood my greedy emotions and realised I don't need a shitty startup or an app to control me and closed the account. They pay less interest plus don't honour their cashback offers, so not worth the mental effort. Plus, their UPI payments need location persmission, WTF.

Took RBL World Safari credit card as FYF and happy with it.

I think it is niyo global you are referring to...
I heard somewhere in forum niyoX debit card is free of forex and other forums as well

Is there a way to track the forex markup? Does Fi post two transactions (actual + 2.5%)? I will be having multiple transactions during my upcoming vacation and just wanted to know how Fi handles this. Do they refund just 2.5% or the GST portion as well?
they deduct the total amount, they will refund the forex fee with gst after around 35 days, if you haven’t got message them
