Fi Money account opening

So I tried opening an account in Fi. The process was going smooth till it reached the final section. At the end of the registration, I got this error message saying Phone number already in use with Federal Bank.

I have an inactive account with Federal Bank with only partial kyc. When checked with the Fi customer service, they asked me to verify all the details To clear out everything, I went to the branch and reactivated the account and did full kyc.

I waited for some time to see if it gets reflected in the Fi app. But the same error is still showing up. So I contacted the customer service again and asked them to help me fix it, but they are saying they're helpless.

Anyone faced any similar issue with Fi? Is it possible to get an account at this stage?

I faced the same but in my case Jupiter...
I did the vkyc for Jupiter and after a day or so it got working....
I think the offline process is pretty darn slow so you should wait
